We base all of our air duct cleaning quotes on the square footage of your home. If you’re unsure of your home’s square footage, you can leave your address and our office manager will be able to give you an exact quote. We never upcharge you for additional services. We also provide a discount for seniors, military, and first responders.

Sean uses a brush and vacuum system to go into each vent and return, removing any large or small debris. Then, we sanitize your system with our all natural sanitizer, Benefect. We provide before and after pictures so you can see what was in your system. Sean will also clean and sanitize your HVAC, as well as check your filter.

We also provide dryer vent cleaning for one story homes or where the dryer vent exit is easily accessible. We use our brush and vacuum system to clean your dryer vent from both ends, and Sean will also check for any issues with your system’s flow.

Sean is HVAC certified from Pikes Peak State College and has over 15 years of experience with duct cleaning. We are also licensed and insured.
