Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments are scheduled in advance, and same-day/emergency service is available.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Service Policy
- All air duct cleaning is performed with Air Care equipment, ensuring a thorough cleaning without cutting into your HVAC system.
- Sanitizer application is available in all packages, but we can skip it if you’d prefer.
- Dryer vent cleaning is offered as a standalone service or bundled with air duct cleaning.
- We take care to protect your furniture and home during the cleaning process.
Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee
- Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
- We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
